To deliver a competitive value to clients, we established various sections to fully control each of the production stages.
ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE DESIGN Our electronic products design & development team consist of 20 electronic engineers who use their professionalism to leverage the software and hardware development and design work.
MECHANICAL DESIGN With the outlook designs from our in-house experienced designer, our engineers sketch and computerize the layout of both outer casing and inner electronic parts promptly. It is then spread to other departments for making working samples. With their support, the whole process becomes smooth and effective. MOULD WORKSHOP We have obtained 2 CNC Machine, 20 Mould Machines and 10 Precise EDM. 2-3 new moulds can be produced each month. With our experience in OEM items for more than 10 years, a new mould can be produced within 3 weeks too (with the approval of hand samples). INJECTION WORKSHOP 20 Injection Machines and 5 Material Preparation Machines which original in German and Hong Kong are equipped to produce plastic parts of our products. BONDING WORKSHOP 15 sets of I.C. Bonding Machines are occupied in the workshop with computerized technology providing electronic parts for final products.
STM PRODUCTION LINE Full Vision Automatic Printer and SMT Chips Placing Machine is equipped to produce electronic products with Surface Mount Technology. PRINTING WORKSHOP Silkscreen Printing and Pad Printing of the logo are available. Both product and packaging printing can be done within our workshop. SPRAYING WORKSHOP Classic silver, as well as champagne gold and some oil spray colours, are painted in Spraying Workshop. 11 spraying counter is set up for the prompt and efficient process.
ADVANCE ASSEMBLY LINE There are 16 Production Lines with around 45 staffs in each of our production department. Maximum capacity can reach 15000 units per hour. Semi-automatic production lines with clean-room & Anti-Static facilities together with the air-conditioning environment are set for higher flexibility production schedule.
BLISTER/CLAMSHELL SEALING WORKSHOP Heat Sealing Machine and High-Frequency Sealing Machine are equipped for blister or clamshell sealing.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT As a professional manufacturer, Carrin has a strict series of regulation for all production process according to both ISO9001 and our own unique systems.
Instruments: We have the professional and advanced equipment to test the durability of goods and ensure they all meet our standard.
Professional QC: Our QC inspects all the process of assembling before dispatching in order to ensure all can 100% confirmed by European Community and reach CE standard.
